chocolate ganache

Okay so Mia in case you try macarons again I wanted to post this recipe for chocolate ganache.

• 8 oz. of semi sweet finley chopped chocolate
• 1 cup of heavy cream
• 1 tbs. of unsalted butter

  Combine ingredients and stir with electric mixer until smooth. 

 This recipe will work for pretty much anything but I think they work best with macarons.
